At Lenvara™, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- You’ll be notified if your refund is approved
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method
Please allow:
- 3–5 business days for processing
- Additional time depending on your bank/payment provider
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:
- Used personal care items
- Opened or used foot care products (unless faulty)
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this time, your order may already be processed and shipped.
